[59:13] The New Originals - 1799
[65:46] Joshua Ryan - Fear (Ian Wilkie Remix)
[72:54] Eric Prydz - Lesson One

You might notice a few reoccurring names, but don't worry, it sounds good.

Time for the self critique.... the transition at 49 minutes starts to get away from me a bit... I get distracted having to fix it and thus the EQ'ing suffers a bit. The Electric Tease track comes in a bit too hard... and the Joshua Ryan track isn't quite how I remembered it, and might sound a tad out of place, I can't decide. But overall I'm very satisfied with this mix, and I think you will be too.

So enjoy, let me know what you think, and rip me apart with your finest criticism. The link once again:

Okay..

Mixing is good throughout, you know how to work the EQs (especially the low end). A few songs come in a bit loud (like the KTP track) but over all you're dead on except for those minor fuckups you mentioned. No big deal.

Track selection is original and refreshing, as is your chart in your sig. You have better taste than a lot of the people on this board, and it comes through in this mix.

The smashing pumpkins track is a bit out of place, but its late in the mix so you get away with it. And the last track is kind of bleh, maybe I don't appreciate Eric Prydz as much as I should...

Liking Electric Tease - Tear It Up (Richard K Remix) and Arcade Mode - Your Love (Original) very much. I heard Sasha play Tear It Up in a global dj broadcast not too long ago.

Overall, I'd say its a 8/10 for tracks, 8/10 for mixing, and 8/10 for flow. You should be happy with it!

Cheers,

Max

Yeah, I need to get my gaining cleaner, it's mostly the CDJ's fault. I've got my mixer set to where all my records gain right around 12 o'clock, maybe at 11 or 1. But then I bought the CDJ and started buying tracks off beatport, and they each gain all over the place. Some go way down to like 8 or 9 o'clock, some you have to crank to 2 or 3.
