to can download the music?

No seriously check 3beat records and ajuna beats for mp3s which you pay for, many record shops are now selling digital version of the songs over the counter, check them out. Big list of record stores on the links page.

www.di.fm is a good place to listen to many genres of EDM. Also you can check the Amateur DJs Promotion Forum here for some good mixes.

Also tranceaddict has a download section from the main page.
