Who would you like to see come to your city?

Im making this thread as our way of shouting out to the promoters, so they know exactly who they should bring in the future. List a few choices who you have never seen live, and why you'd like to see them... make a convincing case for them.

Also, please try and be UNIQUE. PVD, ferry, armin, tiesto, johan... yes they are great... but they will come back here soon anyways, so why list them?

my picks:

1. Oliver Klitzing [Reeloop, Kaylab] (Germany) - Hard Techno, Techno, Tech Trance, Electro

- A major producer who spans many genres, his releases on BXR, Tracid Traxx and Headline are unique, innovative, and amazing.

2. Laurent Veronez [Airwave, Fire & Ice, The Green Martian, many others] (Germany) - Melodic, Epic Trance

- His songs practically made Tiesto famous, and he continues to put out top class epic and melodic trance tracks.

3. M.I.K.E. [Push, Plastic Boy, many others] (Belgium) - Trance

- The other reason tiesto is famous. One of the greatest trance producers ever. Enough said.

4. Agnelli & Nelson [Afterburn] (UK) - Trance

- They havent been to vancouver in about 4 years, but they still boast many solid productions and still continue to produce despite their record label Xtravaganza undergoing restructuring.

5. Chicane [Disco Citizens] (UK) - Melodic Trance, Euro House

- Nick Bracegirdle boasts many hits alone or with Justine Suissa's vocal help. There havent been many releases from him lately (2003's Love on the Run being the last original release) but his live shows are magnetic, eclectic and amazing.

So who do you guys want to see?

Since the scene here leans heavily towards progressive I'd have to say:

Matthew Dekay
James Holden

I'm sure there is more but I haven't really heard many progressive DJ's

LOL. Fragma?
When did i say that?

Have u ever heard chicane live at palladium?

Chicane doesnt do sets because he is a live act... which is what i meant when i nominated him.
Listne to that set and tell me he sucks. Seriously.

other than a few of us, nobody would come to see him because frankly, they do not know who he is. you have to think as a promoter, you need to be able to sell tickets, not just bring dope talent.

good set tho

i was quite impressed by mark oliver when he opened up for tiesto few years back. also got a CD of his and its also great

speaking of canadian talent: richie hawtin and preach are at the top of my list. hawtin is a hot talent, gets booked at some major parties, plays mad techno, but i dont know if he's ever been in van. he might have, dont quote me on that heh

others i'd love to see:
precision (think someone mentioned him already)
lucien foort
roog
dazzle
dj danjo and rob styles
andy c
michel de hey
sander van doorn/sam sharp
james holden
john 00 flemming
eddie halliwell
ron van den beuken
