Electronic Dance Music CD of 2004

I was thinking - hey, since there are TA track of the year polls going on, I was thinking to myself - what about EDM CD OF THE YEAR (2004)? I am feeling brave enough to do a poll, similar to the heats, and I need TAs' support to make this thing happen.

Please list your top 3 electronic dance music CDs of the year.

Will see how well this thread goes to add additional options and rules then.

Thank you for your participation!

Do not post your list more than once, and if you posted your list already, please edit it to avoid confusion...

While I was at it, I picked

1. Deep Trance (mixed by Misja Helsloot)
2. Max Graham - Shine
3. Sasha - Involver

Heh ... just my opinion ... but it looks like nobody REALLY BUYS ANY CDS ANYMORE!!! CAUSE there's only been ONE person who replied, and there are gotta be TAs out there who bought at LEAST one CD from 2004 .... or at least if someone thinks this thread is a bad idea for a CD OF THE YEAR, just reply here or something ....

Maybe it's the fact that this thread was done some weeks ago.

what a loaded question! I was thinking about this earlier and I've come to some difficult decisions about my fave. I get sent so much at times, it is hard to pick the best but I think I did, pm me if you want suggestions.

1.Ibiza Mix by Cirillo, it was released on Timo Maas's 4:20 label and it had some nasty tech house on it and it pwned.

-Involver was ace, WoW's 2CD was amazing, Wired was great, so was Everybody too, Zabiela's Renaissance, Beyer's mix CD vol.9, CL's debut was great, I liked D:Fuse's, same with Rennie Pilgrem, Infusion and others. 2004 was a great year for CDs I think and 2005 looks to be even better.

the biggest disappointment was GU026, so much hype but the follow thru was awful.

Posted by websley on Jan-08-2005 03:19:

1. Ferry Corsten - Infinite Euphoria
2. Faithless - No Roots (If you people still see it as EDM)
3. Tiesto - Just Be (Good Stuff, much better than: "Parade Of The Athletes")

Sounds good ... keep the votes coming. Depending on the number of votes and interest, I will tabulate the votes hopefully at the end of January 2004 and results will become the unofficially official TA Members' TOP (??) List of Electronic Dance Music CDs of 2004 ... or, maybe a poll, whatever the suggestions are.

I need everyone's help in determining the best way to list/determine the favourite EDM CD(s) of 2004 - as in polls, top 10 chart, etc. etc.
