Damn animals on highways...

To the owner of the dog I just hit going 70mph down the highway...

Thanks for being such a great owner and letting your dog get hit.
And thanks for fuckin up my car.

Sorry sparky but its survival of the fittest and my car was obviously fitter than your dumbass.

Screw any animal rights activists who want to tell me shit like "Why didn't you swerve!?!" because:
1. I'm not about to risk my life for some dog that shouldn't be out in the street in the first place.
AND
2. By the time I saw his buddy, he was already hit.

FYI to the drivers. Always be watching in those medians and ditches for wild dogs, they're expensive little bastards..

heh just be lucky it was a dog...people who've been to maine know that there could be moose anywhere...and those will do a lot more than just dent up your car a lil
sorry bout the accident though

was it actually in the freeway or just a normal road? i hear about dogs running in the highway here in the bay area and it seems like a funny thought. then again i hear about a lot more random shit here on the freeways than i ever did back east.

Tatgirl swerved to avoid hitting a moose on her way to Om festival in Ontario. She hit the guardrail and then her airbag deployed, breaking her arm.

Bad luck! She still made it to Om, though, with her arm in a cast.

If a dog and some dumbass kid were running out into the street at the same time, I'd probably try harder to avoid hitting the dog.

I ran over a dog (or did i catch both of them?!) on the freeway too about one month ago. I did try to avoid it by braking very hard, only realised how dumb that was afterwards, i was very lucky that there was no car behind me and the hit did nothing to my car.

i've never hit a dog before, but i had a dog hit my car while i was driving. going probably about 45 mph or so, and he ran out from the side of the road and ran straight into the passenger side of my car! i didn't even have time to swerve or anything. luckily the dog ran away and seemed fine, and my car wasn't dented. it was weird though.

my uncle lived in montana, and he hit an elk with his tahoe. he decided he didn't want to clean elk guts out of the front grill so he gave it to my cousin who drove it around with the smell of sizzling elk until it finally broke down 6 monthhs later.
