watched her on regis and kelly today and she was horrible..made me think how funny it is that shes such a new "star" and already lip synching...and then i remmeber an interview with cher who said that she was freaked out about singing her "i believe" song because its so computerized...and that she'd never lip sung before (after like.. 20 yrs of singing already)

I'd think it would be more of a hassle to make sure you have the right CD in for the artist to lip-sync over. It's less of a hassle to turn the microphone on and just let the artist do his/her own thing.

i just heard it alot more hassle, which is probaly is.

all you need is a cd, if you do it live, you to set up all the equipemnt, make sure the sound levels are correct. Chances are its alot more hassle to do it live.
