Hmmm I think it's a vague suggestion of a conspiracy theory ... I'll take a stab and hypothesize how the theory goes:
A) Diego Garcia is in the indian ocean
B) Diego Garcia seems to have survived the tsunami ok
C) Therefore the US gov't is behind the tsunami!
D) ???
E) Profit!!!
That's my guess although it's a little difficult to tell playing pictionary. Oh well ... I'll let ocean topography do the talking:

"The result of the earthquake was seen as a tidal surge estimated at 6 feet." A tsunami is a movement of water extending deep below the surface, and a sloping sea floor would force huge amounts of water upward toward a shore. In addition to the topography of the sea floor around the atoll, its location meant Diego Garcia wasn't in the direct path of the tsunami, said Gerard Fryer, a University of Hawaii geophysicist and an adviser to state civil defense. Diego Garcia is nearly 2,000 miles from the epicenter of the magnitude 9.0 quake that caused the tsunami. I certainly hope it did survive the tsunami if as suggested the americans have nuclear weapons stored there..be another nice fuckup if it got hit by the tsunami wouldnt it.
i seldom doubt Global Security's sources but i find it hard to believe that DG has nukes there. the kind of security they have is hardly comparable to "nuclear security"

As that animation that's floting about shows, the waves spread out 'sideways' from the vertical (as viewed on a map) Burma:Pacific plate boundary, thus the badly damaged areas are roughly on the same latitude (Somalia about the same as Thailand, Sri Lanka etc.). Diego Garcia is alot further South than these badly affected areas so by the time the tsunami had reflected and diffracted its way around the Indian Ocean to reach Diego it was pretty much a whimper compared to the real deal we've seen on the news.
But hey, it's still all America's fault, obviously

why is it that the earthquake's epicentre is in different places on different pics ? what tha fuck ? on one its just off the coast of indonesia and now in the middle of the ocean

Care to explain, is it the same old, the American planted a nuclear bomb in the middle of the ocean and blew it... If that was the case, i would suspect the French were in it as well

On a serious note, God Bless America - coz' if it wasn't for the America, Jews would take 100% of the blame. But then again, I'm sure that it was all a Zionist conspiracy involving bunch of secret CIA operatives who were supersize-fed at McDonnalds to get to be just as fat as the rest of American population. Then, these super fat, super secret CIA operatives were smuggled to Diego Garcia base and all got on a chair and jumped from the chair at the same time - as to create an earthquake.
