To all the PVD fans...

I just wanted to give you all this link because you probably wouldn't find it unless you're looking for it... Its a whole bunch of pretty good quality videos from PVD's sicknasty 6-hour set in NYC on NYE... :

the only one you HAVE to see is Xpander - which was played during the countdown to midnight (trust me - you'll get goosebumps too ). I'm actually not sure if it was PVD or O'bir at that point... whatever - it still rocked...

p.s. - i hope none of my fellow FLTA's got knifed in the crazy Yakuza gangfight that went down...

It was O'Bir who played it

PVD came on at 12:30 AM

thanks for helpign them find it.... i assume these days that everybody looks at all teh boards but they really dont

and no... us other FLTAs were right next to teh fights but didnt get involved...

i was watching my Xpander video today and am still in awe of how amazing that moment was

Blame it on Ikon (the club). Their lack of security pretty much was the reason why there were 2-3 fights on the floor and people getting stabbed. I've been clubbing in NYC for over a year and this is the first time I've seen violence at an EDM party.

I'm pretty sure that PVD won't be spinning there anymore.


The sad part is that it's not the worst EDM club in NYC (That honors goes to Avalon-NYC)

Oh my not the worst? Goodness I feel bad for the people who had to experience that...I've only partied in MIA and well that's never happened... Not only that but DJs get turned off to that stuff, you're probably right about him not spinning there anymore and that's not fair to the people who aren't like the loonies out there.

Was it like big that they stopped the music and all?

i was there and had no idea there was any violence going on at all. i noticed pvd getting a lot less involved in his spinning and the excitement factor definitely started dipping lower as the night went on.

so pvd in miami for new years next year??????

Nope. Music kept going on while this was happening. I found out another friend.

As for Avalon-NYC...j'00'f is coming to town and look at our response
