"We are Brothers" - Dark Trance Anthem

Hi... Here's what I've been working on for quite a long time and never really felt content with.
"We are Brothers" is dark, quite repetitive and hypnotic Trance with Goa/Psy and Rave Elements. I still think it is lacking something but I can't figure out what it is... maybe you can tell me?

Hope you enjoy the track

Theres definitely a dark, slightly disturbing quality to the melody. The hollow pads could do with some backing up, by deeper sounds.
I like the acid synths. The percussion has a good sound to it as well.

The gated synth and the higher-pitched pads sound ok, but maybe the song needs some more intense synthlines/melodies - thats your decision.

Nice use of atmospheric fx in the break. I like the evolution of the synth melody, but id like for it to grow even more intense.

Maybe some creepy sounding vocal sample is whats missing from the song.

Its a cool track, and id like to try making something similar to this style - which i havent heard much. What equipment are you using, btw?

Dunno

I have no clue why that happened... here it works just fine... please try again, maybe my host was slow at that moment...

I am using FL Studio and as Plugins Spectrasonics Atmosphere, ReFX Vanguard, Linplug Albino and Audiorealism Bassline. These are my fave quartet

That pad progression in the opening is very Pachelbelian. >_>

I like the synth progression later on, though.

Your hats sound like they're suffering from mp3 compression. Looking at the bitrate, I know that can't be the case, but you should look into the hissing noises there.

It was a little more predictable than most of your stuff, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Overall, your keep the same high standards that you always seem to.
