Has anyone used Google Adsense?

I would like to know if it is working well for anybody? Google doesn't disclose the commision you get in their program so I was wondering if anyone has benefited from it?

In the long and short of it, you need to have a website and you can host these text links where you make a little money everytime someone clicks on them.
