Universal Avatars

Every message board has avatars that relate directly to the topic of the forums (i.e. a pic of your favourite DJ) or relates to you specifically (i.e. a pic of you)

I'm wondering if people could share avatars that they have seen that are "universal" like "Natalie Portman" since she shows up wherever ya go.
