after a while of ignoring this piece of kit (why i don't know) i've spent all tonite just playing on it and making synths, most fun i've had in the "studio" in ages

Virus is sexy, no doubt. I've owned a Virus Rack Classic and the Virus|Powercore. I sold the Rack Classic to buy the Powercore and sold the Powercore to get a JP-8000

But now I want my Virus back.. so I may buy another Rack Classic if I can get a good deal.

Wasn't the guitar-ish lead for seven cities done on a Virus? Or was it a nord lead?

That's alright, gives me more time to save money! =P In fact it may coincide perfectly with my income tax return, ehhe.

I got my first chance to play with a C over the holidays, and damn, I was truly impressed. Within 15 minutes I was making patches that sounded ready to be thrown into a track. It will be very nice to have this sort of power at my fingertips on a regular basis, hehehe.

what you can do with such synth,let's say virus,korg or roland? is there sequencer? you can make whole tune with it? or just record waves or what? can you make beats,kick,hithats...?
i have never had such synth and have no idea what they do.
