WMC - Hotel and Dates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay it seems that a lot of us are going to WMC or want to go, but lots is still up in the air....I know we have the MIAMI,MIAMI, MIAMI thread but I thought I would start this one for everyone to put there FINAL plans in. This way we know who's going for sure, where they are staying and what dates. This way we all kind of have an idea as to what everyone else is doing.


Please include any extra info such as if you have extra beds in your room, what parties your already going to as well.

My info

ALL BOOKED:

AA flight from JFK to Miami
Staying March 21 - 26 (Mon to Sat)
Staying at The Clay Hotel


As of yet no tickets for any parties, but will be going to Space.

P.S. just checked the aa.com. this is rediculous. my tix is $316.90 right now. are they crazy? I booked it 5 days ago. Tip. check the website at night time. i did it and the price was $60 less than in the previous morning. wierdos!

Accomm: Clay Hostel (went for the cheaper option as dont plan on being indoors too much ;-))
WMC pass paid for, also going for one of the remixing classes, def up for Ultra Music Fest and some ssssuuuuuuunnnnnnn!!!

10 weeks and counting!

Everyone that stayed at the Clay Hotel, did you stay in the hostel or hotel. And was it safe for your stuff? I back packed Europe and have ran into some crappy hostel. I know it's Miami and all, but just would like to have soem feedback.

This will be be my 5th WMC, After a few years of SOBE I got sick of paying $200+ a night for a decent hotel room. (Granted tiny, shitholes are a dime a dozen, but nice places are $$$ during the Conf.)

Besides... Nights always end/Days begin at Space.

6 of one 1/2 a dozen of another. Neither one is stupid.

anybody knows if PVD would be there for this conference?

I'd be coming alone, but definitely will. I'm not getting good rates on flight here, from NY to Miami. Any hints on where to get cheap hotel rates ?

Word on the street is that that Holiday Inn has the best hot cocoa. Not to mention, these 2 foine *hawniEs*. I'm there.

Downtown M is the place to be (for the weekend at least). It's worth it to stay down there just to hear the soundchecks and see the lightshow checks the night before! Oh yeah, not to mention Space and AA Arena. Hrmm...walking to/from Bayfront and your hotel is just one of the added pErks.

March 24-27 (Thursday to Sunday, leaving Sunday at 1030am)


plan: will be buying adv tickets for all these events

Thursday: - who knows? (maybe attend 2nd half of pool party Day 1)or maybe i should get to Miami early so as to not miss the pool party in its entirety

nite? TBA or maybe i should SLEEP thursday nite in anticipation for the next two days...shruggs

Friday: 10am Nikki Beach, TA Dinner promptly AT 5pm so we can all sit together, PVD/Sander at SPACE, then sleep for like 1-3 hours(?!)

Saturday: Ultra 11am to close, THEN AA afterparty 1am-close (DEF cant miss Zabiela and Diggers) well i do have till 1030am LOL

will be living outta my suitcase since there is barely time to pack to go home Saturday nite/Sunday morning lol...and then assing out on the f0ckin plane home

and anything else in between that we find interesting.

Me? I don't know what Im doing yet. I have to make time for my brother who I haven't seen in 2 years. Plus my best bud Kathleen might come back for the weekend to chill (She goes to UF)

For those of you who don't have plane tix yet, bestfares.com is the way to go. I found my tix there 2 weeks ago for $98 rt +tax from DC. Been using that site for a while.

Tell me about it.....as I was digging out of the snow this weekend, with every lift of the shovel all I said to myself was Miami, Miami, MIAMI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Damn get me out of this cold and into the sun. Less then 2 months away YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

no im serious, since im sick and everything, by then i will truly be 100% and NOT a moment sooner...omg talk about catching up on stuff once im down at Miami...just watch out

and all the schedules are coming out soo slowly too...i wanna buy space tickets already!!!
