BSE Needs Your Help!

Hehe.. but how many of you want to help me?
I have a request.. I've just recently found out that I am graphically impaired and cannot create nice things on a-dope photoshop 6..
So I ask of you this: Could any of you whip me up a fancy little signature? Or point me in the right direction? A site with nice textures would be of great appreciation..
