Love Poundin' Sensation NuNrg - Dreamland 2005 Remixes

-Remixes-

G&M Project
Adam Sheridan
Gareth Emery Vs Brisky
NuNrg

Promos released from Chemical Records UK.

Disk 2
Disk 1

I really love the Adam Sheridan Remix.
G&M Remix is more creative and has different synthline.
NuNrg remix is the Dreamland 2004 remix, more uplifting and harder.
Emery vs Brisky looks great.

Yet another case of people trying to take an older track & remix it for , it's about time people got creative themselves and wrote great new music else we'll have nothing worth listening to at all. From now on i'm going to list these remakes as 'regressive trance' as that's all they do, in the past it's worked but like age of love etc they waited a few years between the releases and that's why it worked, now our favourites are behind destroyed in the name of a quick buck and it sickens me. The reason we love them so much is cos they couldn't be improved on, and once again we see this

Will they never stop?

I have listened to them and they are shit. Even Rank 1 couldn't better this tune when they tried and they've got a better history than any of these. If you can't accept that these remakes are nothing more than a quick buck and without the need to call my opinions shit, then please find the door situated right infront of you, and use it. Thank you

Not again! Leave this beauty alone

Posted by trancedanne on Jan-13-2005 00:19:

heard the G&M Project remix earlier today, nothing special at all..

Posted by DJAzza on Jan-13-2005 00:32:

Nothing wrong with doing new remixes of this classic if you don't like the idea of people touchin a classic then u don't have to listen to it do u, simple as.
Both remixes are good prefer the Adam Sheridan remix though.

Once again

I have just heard Adam Sheridan's remix of 'Dreamland' and WOW!!

But here we have the trance elitists who don't want it available to the masses by claiming it as a 'cash-in'. Have you heard this sheer work of genius?!

I would post a sample but can't find anywhere on here to post it...

Posted by spc on Jan-13-2005 01:13:

i just took a listen to the adam sheridan and g&m project remixes. they are both good (nothing extraordinary imo) but the sheridan remix stands out more. i prefer the original mix over all of them but i wouldnt really consider these remixes as 'butchering' the original. sometimes i like to hear remakes of classics, but i do believe lately it has been overdone. well, thats just my .02

Posted by Tayfoon on Jan-13-2005 03:04:

Nothing special in any of these remixes

I think ill leave this one on the shelf

Well said. I couldn't agree more. Seriously all these "200x" remixs are ruining the classics.

Posted by varun on Jan-13-2005 03:08:

None of these remixes does it for me.
I am rather dissapointed with G&M's remix. I was expecting better.

Have you heard the original mix? this is where the "genius" comes from...

really?
Are you sure about that?

Have you asked them why did they remake/remix old tunes?

if not, stfukthx

people listen to tracks before they buy, so they buy if they like it. Obviously if this is shit, then it doesn't matter, no one will buy it...
