Problem in sonar

heyy, before i was getin alot of latency with my triton and computer, but i lowered the buffer length and now its way better its at 10ms i think...anyways when i go to record a midi track, it wont let me record anthin on every first beat. The beats are that are ok but just every first beat it wont let me i duno know why - is it because i played with the latency options . I never had this before and i was getin way more latency then...I even tried uninstallin sonar and instlalin it again its the same thing

the sonar forums are a huge help! www.cakewalk.net . I would of thrown my computer off a 10 story building if it wasn't for that forum
