Enmass - Needle Damage

i've just hears the track Enmass - Needle Damage!!it's really nice but WTF??is a perfect rip of Perry O'neil's WaveForce...just a slightly different melody!
What do you think?

I remember a while ago that another tune from Enmass was a rip-off of another tune too,an old one.IF so then someone should come up with original melodies,otherwise everyone could take a melody from a tune,use his own synths,remake it (and change it a bit) and then release it.This shows no respect for the music (AGAIN IF it's a rip-off and IF was a rip-off the old tune).
