Well, I would imagine that this video is from Spain's "running from/of the bulls" (whatever its called) thing that they do every year (?) Thats what I'm assuming, and there's a good chance that that's probably what it is from...so if people are gonna be douchebags and participate in that event (or events like it), then they have to accept the consequences.

But yea it definitely sucks.
