Sorry guys, but that little comment below is just pathetic! I don't even want to give it out now.

As for Hooje, you didn't even download it, so really think about how great a supporter of the trance scene and how much your really helping it grow by going on what is a Amateur DJ's forum and raging people's mix before you even heard. THAT'S PATHETIC! really.


Oh, and I hate to bust your conscience but just to be honest, that's was the 1st mix I EVER, put on-line and was really really really excited about hearing what people had to say!
So, thanks for the comments, but I would have appreciated you at least listen first.

Nice tracks, but seriously - DJ's are posting the same tracks just in a different order...

Playing tracks that have only just been released is great, but that doesn't always make the best mix. Go looking for tracks rather than finding them on playlists?

Agreed, you get fed up of hearing the same tracks over and over again! Its a sad state of affairs though for trance at the moment! Far to many dj's following one route and playing similar sets to each other!

I'm sorry if you find the comment pathetic, but it's my opinion, that's why you posted your mix here in the first place - to get peoples opinions on it.

Being a supporter of the trance scene has nothing to do with suggesting you find some different tracks on your playlist than other DJ's. Also, i'm helping the scene grow fine thanks, check out the station below that's dedicated to trance and plays DJ's mixes 24/7. If this isn't supporting the music, dedicating a radio station to it, then please let me know.


I'm sorry you were so dissapointed, but you wanted to hear peoples comments/reviews. I gave you mine. If you were just expecting a list of users posting 'great mix' without any criticism, then i'm pretty sure any DJ would tell you to think otherwise.

Again, sorry for any dissapointment, but to correct you, the forum is called Amateur DJs Promotion - meaning, promoting amateur DJs. You promoted yourself and I gave my opinion.

It's not as though my opinion is god, i'll be the first to say it's far from it - other people might love it.

Each to their own and no harm meant.

agree with spacey..dont let it get u down..post more..do a different set if the origional comments pissed u off..im sure you will get lots of feedback..or post the origional set again..just go for it..at the end of the day its just a forum and people will have ophinions

No, i didn't listen to it. My comment was on the track selection, not the transitions.

I don't need to listen to the mix to see the tracks included.

Relax and re-post the mix if you are that concerned, like Zig said - it's a forum and it's an opinion.

Well maybe you should listen...it might be a good idea..its the guys first mix posted here...and im sure he didnt need that...maybe the mixes here have got to boring for you..its an amateur DJs promotion forum afterall..and because of that alot of people are going to post similar tracks (remixs) etc..they arnt all going to be at the cutting edge as im sure your station would like..

True, but initially, when the mix was posted, he didn't say it was his first mix. Nothing was mentioned about him being a complete novice. If i'd have know this originally i'd have reviewed it differently of course. All i stated was an initial observation that can be pretty well backed up - go take a look at some of the other mixes.

I didn't know it was his very first mix, so there's no real point in 'ing me for what I said.

Well how differently would you have reviewed it..given the allready stated fact that you didnt listen to it..
