just for a bit of constructive criticism i saw quite a bit of 5am threads and numerous replies but saw very little of unify?

went to unify's website and looks like it hasn't been updated for ages?

its good to see another trance night out there but there's really no point in being different if nobody knows about it..

There is one unify promoter on ta, that being andrew
now how many for 5am....

thats the difference and why it doesnt get spammed on these forums. I prefer it this way, we are alerted to when the events are on thats all one needs. No warm up threads, no after party threads and no "i was on this drug" thread is required.

fair enough there's one UNIFYed thread to avoid any other warm up threads, after party threads, "i was on this drug" thread, i just like to see it get bumped with all sorts of information on what the lineup is, set times, special guests, etc..

fair enough we're alerted there's a unify party at jan 29th, its all good for who already went before, mates with the DJs, groupies etc but i dont think it made the cut for other who doesn't know what unify is yet..

honestly i don't think we need 1,000,000,000,000 promoters on TA, just one khant with all sorts of relevant information closer to date rather than "More details soon...." will suffice.

I've never heard of this (but thats not that unusual), and if all the infomation I get is a name, and a rather generic name at that, with no offence intended, I'm not filled with the excitement.

However, I might go to this (if you tell me where it is, and who's playing, and what's played...)

The DJ's are barra and know their shit. - Guys like Hayden Warnock played at Volume, Andrew Shultz played at Ferry and rocked the side room, and there are some budding producers like DJ Wheel and CB Field who also show their wares. And yeah that JulesPLees bloke might be havin a dip at the next one.
The crowd knows their tunes and go off at the appropriate moments.
The venue is small, but the dancefloor is perfect.

So all in all get on it on the 19th.

The name may seem 'generic', but it does sum up the night very well. It's where you aren't locked into to hearing one genre all night. Like our motto says, it's one of the few places where all the dj's work together to make the night a musical journey.
Those that do come down, usually walk away very happy.
