even tho its only a short sample it's sounding really good, i like the use of different percussion, because it adds to the feel of the song. i like it.

wow, percussion is boss, and synthwork is just like the original (right before it fades out) i wonder if you actually recreated that sound or used a wav sample.


oh no ... the lead synth is a disappointment. it doesn't do it for me, the original's bouncy, half filtered synth really brought out the track, it was very cool. And now the lead is lost within the main section amongst an array of other synths, which destroys the lead but at the same time, gives it a unique feel, which is appropriate since it is a "remix"


qualitywise: pro, keep it up

just out interest, why have you only posted a sample of an amateur remix? not trying to be rude, just out of curiosity

SHEIST brozack those are some phat soundwaves! Clean! The synth could be a little fatter though ;/

sounds hawtt from the start. great percussion, great synths, great everything.

but as has been mentioned the lead just kills it. maybe if you double up the delay it'll help liven it up cuz its really bland right now.

the lower frequencies could be a bit clearer but that can be a matter of taste so nothing to worry about

bring out the lead more, be a bit more bouncy with it, and by that i mean just put more or less pronouncment on each note to make it interesting, make it organic and flowing but with that extra step, that bounce that made the original so good.

that breakbeat needs some work, too hollow. sounds incomplete, and it is (at the 1:20ish mark in the sample). its missing a beat/kick here or one there, it sounds a bit simple. like where you use 2 kicks, there is room for a short kick or two in between to add some more life to it!

all in all, and most of those that do ask me for feedback know i'm ususally a bit constructive like i just was last two paragraphs, i don't normally go into any detail or feedback unless i think the track is worth pursuing! i think this remix is definitly happening and hope you touch it up a bit!

by the way, when you finish (if you rework this) i'd like a full copy if you don't mind!

i think the synth work is good. i agree the breakbeat part should be more full, it slows down the song a lot when you could actually keep a nice build going if you wanted to. the break sounds nice, not getting too much on the lowend, then again its only 128... but otherwise it sounds nice.
