Sigh, I hate packing...

The topic says it all. I dread packing. I gotta move back to college today and am NOT looking forward to it. So much work packing up all my junk. Anyone else moving back to college today?

Don't pack. Burn everything and buy new stuff at your destination

Haha, I sure wish I could do that. I'm already 40k in debt...I can barely afford to ride the damn T. So I don't think that is an option.

get rid of your useless possesions. people have too much crap. i am learning how to eliminate stuff i dont need from my possesion. mostly because i only have 1 closet in my new apartment. it's much better. having stuff all over the place just makes you look like a slob.

of course, i dont follow this rule at work. i have so much stuff in my cube cause i never throw anything away. i am thinking about cleaning out some paperwork this week but i wont if i can cram it into my new office. i am moving for the 5th time this year on wednesday... and they only gave me 4 boxes! last time i think i used 6...

getting rid of clutter is like losing weight, all you can hope for is to keep it in check.

I'm packing up to live overseas (and study abroad) for the next 5 months. I only have one suitcase. If I forgot anything, there's no driving back home for the weekend to get it. I have to deal with it.

Packing is not fun, but like butterfly said, try to get rid of stuff you don't need. All my stuff for the next 5 months is in one suitcase and whatever i don't have i'll just have to buy.
