Exclamation Listen up Trance Addicts.

I currently have a problem. My girlfriend is very depressed and despite my best efforts to cheer her up like i've done in the past its not working this time. Shes under a lot of pressure and never takes my advice to listening to some EDM and letting it all go away.

So i'd like to put together a nice little CD for her with some uplifting vocals, or vocals that you think a female might like. I have a pretty hefty collection but shes heard most of it. I need some new stuff that will cheer her up.

Any suggestions?

"Jump the next train" ?!?!?! tho i don't know if it's on the rite level

Whos the artist, or is that the artist but has no title?

I've got so far:

Warrior - If you want me (Vocal)
Oakenfold - Southern Sun Tiesto Mix
2 Worlds Feat. lizzy paterson Where ever you go (club mix)

3 Tracks so far. I'm not worried about the amount of time as I can make her more then one CD.

Give her Dj Encore od Dj Sammy cd.

No I actually mean that. Chicks love that shit. Unless she is educated when it comes to electronic music. If she is.. then just give her Involver album.

Reflekt feat. Delline Bass - "Need to be loved" (The Thrillseekers Rmx)
Max Graham - "Gone"
Motorcycle - "Imagination" somehow? not released.

Give her some EMo Trance

That will cheer her up

Old stuff wont hurt....

i suggest stuff like

Chicane - Don't Give Up (Original Mix)
Free State - Release (Dirt Devils Dub)
Way Out West feat Kirsty Hawkshaw - Stealth (Quivver Remix)
DJ Tatana Vs. The Mystery - Soul Cry ( Orginal Mix )

Thanks guys, i'm going to be buying a lot of singles now, ha. At least i'll shop through my own amazon.com gateway.

She is dumb when it comes to real EDM, but she does like some of the good stuff.

I agree 100%. I have gone through tons of cases of letting a girl who's not really into EDM listen to either:

Amoeba Assassin - Piledriver
Tiesto - Suburban Train
Solar Stone - Solarcoaster
Solar Stone - Seven Cities

or something like:

DJ Sammy - Heaven, some vocal song where one verse says "you make me feel like dancing", etc...

They always pick category 2. It kind of sucks when I try to listen to music and they are around, but its true.

Shes heard some DJ sammy, i think its to "girly" for her type of mood.

Miss Jane - Fine Day (ATB mix)

She'd prob. be a sucker for that one

Yeah..I would NOT get this for anyone that is 'very depressed'...no matter how vocal...or cheesy...or whatever definition you might give this song....it's about commiting suicide...and I'm guessing that's not what we'd be looking for in this situation.

though the suggestion and then second thought on it was worth a laugh...lol
