Can't find it anywhere. Apparantly the name is "Chillout Seasons" and it has a Spring and a Summer disc. Was from 2004, could possibly be international and sold under different names. Definitely two discs

Here is the cover picture.

If anyone could provide a tracklisting or a CDDB entry, that would be awesome.
