The Chemical Brothers - Push the Button [Promo]

Well I just heard it. Not bad at all. It's definitely something to look forward to. Here is the track listing.

1. The Chemical Brothers - Galvanize (feat Q-Tip) (6:33)
2. The Chemical Brothers - The Boxer (feat Tim Burgess) (4:08)
3. The Chemical Brothers - Believe (feat Kele Okereke) (7:01)
4. The Chemical Brothers - Hold Tight London (feat Anna Lynne) (6:00)
5. The Chemical Brothers - Come Inside (4:46)
6. The Chemical Brothers - The Big Jump (4:44)
7. The Chemical Brothers - Left Right (feat Anwar Superstar) (4:14)
8. The Chemical Brothers - Close Your Eyes (feat The Magic Numbers) (6:14)
9. The Chemical Brothers - Shake Break Bounce (3:44)
10. The Chemical Brothers - Marvo Ging (5:28)
11. The Chemical Brothers - Surface To Air (7:23)

Galvanize, Believe, Hold Tight London, Surface To Air all stand out.

Hold Tight London is beggin' for a remix imo.

Get this sucker when it comes out!

I'm looking forward to this album too. I was recently in London and heard "Galvanize" more than a few times while out/on radio. It rocks fo sho!

I'm a huge fan of the Brothers, so this album was very fun too hear. It is a bit different yes, but that's great imo. Glad to see they can change their style, but still keep their "chemical sound".
Will buy this asap.

This album is as close as to perfect as you can get imo. I know that CB have always messed around with hip-hop but "Left Right" feat. Anwar Superstar is their best effort yet. Along with the tracks that I have named in the first post of the thread, and along with "Shake Break Bounce" and "Big Jump" it all adds up to create a great album. That's 7 out of 11 tracks that are completely awesome, and the other 4 are not fillers either.

those 3 tracks you now mentioned are the only ones i dont like tbh
(Left Right / Shake Break Bounce / Big Jump)
And 'The Boxer' isnt that good either imo.
the rest of the album is very good though.

We all have our different tastes. I like "Left Right" for obvious reasons, hip-hop and due to the fact that the production is excellent. Anwar has a decent flow too. "Shake Break Bounce" is very well produced, and that Spanish guitar gets me into it due to the fact that i listen to lots of Spanish music and like it very much. As for "Big Jump" its a total 'get your ass up' time of track. I dunno, whichever way you put it there is all kinds of good things on this album. You might not like some song, but you're guaranteeed to like more than a half of them. I can't wait for this to come out!

I got this cd today. I must say I'm not really digging this at all. What really sucks is that I thought Come With Us was surprisingly good, while this is surprisingly bad. I had high expectations for this one but after the first listen this is easily my least favorite Chemical Brothers album.

Please enlighten us as to why we would need to use the search button in this situation.

What a stupid question

Had you actualy searched after seeing my comment I'm sure you would have seen that I started a thread that would have been about a page after this one about the album if not on the same page

Lighten up. Since you've been here for 4 years you should know full well that the search function is a bit iffy. Before I posted my reply to you I did use the search and I came up with nothing, it didn't even find this thread. I had to change my settings from show posts from last 10 days to show posts from last 20 days in order to find your thread. This thread was on the first page so that's why I posted here. So someone else started a thread on the same album, big deal.

Wow I simply said that he should have used the search button and you make it sound as if it hurt me personally

I am lightened up, I made a simple comment saying that people should use the search button and you feel as if it's something that was taken personally. I could care less what you found because I wasn't talking to you since you didn't start the thread

Listen home-diggity-dawg. If you had something better to do with your time you wouldn't have posted that nonesense. I would understand your remarks if, by a chance, i had posted a thread that was 3 years old/ 1000 times discussed/ and in all sense very cliche. However, this album didn't even drop, I got my Promo so i posted about it. Other people posted their concerns here as well, and good riddance. I actually looked through the forum to see if anyone had anything bout this, and only one that i found was the one about "Galvanize" the single. So lets not be to leet and to cool for eachother and just discuss the damn album. What you think?
