I think it is ok provided the company's policies are quite relaxed. You don't really want to be making things uncomfortable for yourself unless you have broad shoulders or don't mind leaving and finding something else pretty soon.

Two things you have to ask yourself. If things go sour, how will that affect the work relationship between you and your client and how will it effect the relationship between your company and the company she is representing, that is if you care, hehe.
