Go check out the lake!

If anybody has the time - go check out the lake today. And do it before it gets dark!

The sun is shining, the sky is bright blue, but over the lake there is a layer 100 feet high of fog, and what looks like steam rising up over the water.

Absolutely FANTASTIC.

The steam actually looks more like rolling clouds which rise to about 100 feet off the water (then clear blue sky above), starting at maybe 300 to 400 feet out off the shore.

If you look at it long enough it looks like a big wall of frothing clouds coming in towards the shore.

I don't have a camera, otherwise I would take a photo. It's pretty sweet however.

btw at www.toronto.com there is a live feed camera that i took a lookie at it earlier today - Truly Fantastic!

There was huge fog/mist over the DVP from the Don River last night when I was driving home from work around 1 am. Spooky!
