Please ID! "Hesitate?" - Toronto radio song!

I heard this song on z103.5 and all i can remeber is a chick saying "hesitate" a couple of times. It's a trance song, and surprisingly i somewhat liked it, especially surprised since it was on z103.5.

Anyone have any idea what im talking about?

If so, let me know the song please.

Commander Tom - Attention??

Lyrics are sampled from Novy Vs Eniac's 'Superstar': "C'mon, don't hesitate..hesitate..and show me your attention"

There's also another recent version using the same sample....DJ Jose - 'Hecitate'

So it should be one of those!
