Infusion track (should be easy?)

Played by Infusion in Tokyo, Japan in 2002. At the end, a new track is being mixed in it seems, so don't mind the last few seconds.

Infusion only play live, so they're not mixing something in, and it is their own production. The synth like noise on top is definitely the vocoder being used, and the track underneath sounds like a part of Legacy.
