All the places open at 9pm or 10pm

Headliners won't come on until between midnight and 2. It's honesty very hard to say as it's pretty random. I've only been to Mighty once and it lasted until 4.

G&D come on when the club opens at 10pm, though.

Jeans should be fine at Mighty and Mezzanine as there isn't really a dress code. Should be fine at a place like Ruby Skye, too, since you're a girl.

those addresses look correct to me.

And definitely taxi from where you are. Unless you don't walking about 1.25 miles to the Mezzanine. Mighty is much further away.
