Dont waste your time looking for a store that has it for a cheap price, because it wont be... taxes will kill you, just order it from an online store, I could maybe get you a decent price on them from www.djmart.com. I dont know why you want them though... they look exactly like the Sony's which means, very probable cracking of the ear cup - plus they are $149.99, might as well just get the Pioneers.

1. blad, have you ever used the sony's?
2. Have you ever thought that since the sony's are boguht much more than other brands there is gonna be more problems?
3. I love my sony's had em 3 years and thats a long time by my standards all those drunken nights djing. Im surprized they lasted that long.

How do you mix on muddy headphones? The Senn's are so punchy its beautiful.

rgr that..

senn > sony

sony = mud

however, the technics rp-dh1200 are actually very very good headphones as well, especially the sound... but my one complaint is that they hurt the head and ears after long periods of usage.

yeah sennheiser kicks butt

Sony's are the shit...I've nothing bad to say about Senn's, but I haven't met many DJ's who knock the Sony's at all. I agree with you on the durability and sound quality, fr0st...Mine are 3 years (after much wear and tear) and going strong + they do a great job in keeping background noise out when you mix live
