Are you looking forward to TE? What to expect from you in combination with Eddie Halliwell there?

Posted by arecebo on Jan-25-2005 01:31:

why do you suck?

Posted by Billabong on Jan-25-2005 01:48:

why are you such a stain on the underpants of electronic music?

Posted by DickieThijssen on Jan-25-2005 02:25:

he's a fag, i'd rather interview my mother

Anyway here's my question: 'If i gave you a knife, would you stab yourself in the heart-region? ... please?'

Jules, what's more difficult, taking it up the butty, or being a party dj without a style or direction?

Posted by RIPassion on Jan-25-2005 02:47:

*hops on the bandwagon*

"What happened?"

Did you really get busted by the police for having large amounts of cocaine when on tour in Brisbane?

good one, is that true?

You should comment on the fact he is the one that has gotten me and many into the dance/trance scene with such classic sets as the 'Gatecrasher: Summer Soundsystem'. He is a true voice to the manipulation of trance.

You should ask him about his sets being played on BBC Radio 1 where he is inter-mingling R&B, Rap, into funky house tracks? Is he trying to get a new sub-genre going or is this just a phase for him?

Ask him about how large his record collection is and if there are any upcoming CD releases coming up?

Posted by Funk T on Jan-25-2005 04:16:

Oh, How/Where did he meet Paul Van Dyk? as his name grases Paul Van Dyk's latest CD release aswell as video of him and Paul Van Dyk shot in Ibiza in his Global DVD.

Where does he go to buy hard to find vinyl? Aslo if he has copy of starkid - crayons can he hook me up?

I can't find a media article to back it up at this stage, but it was pretty common word on the street here, and given Qld is a police state it wouldn't be a suprise, don't want to be sued for defamation though, so I will say its unsubstantiated.

ask him why he thinks the electronic music scene is filled with such fucktards.

Posted by CND on Jan-25-2005 06:28:

Ask him about his website/schedule. I bet he plays more world wide gigs yearly than any other dj. His weekly diary is always interesting reading too. And I know he is one of the few that answer all of their own e-mails.

I admire his business sense more than his djing skills. Business wise he could lay a blueprint for other dj's to follow. I bet the guy is loaded $$$.

Ive seen him spin before and had more fun than I thought.

Posted by MR STROKE on Jan-25-2005 07:29:

ask him why he plays so much funky disco house and then goes to bagging trance????

Posted by DjShlian on Jan-25-2005 07:32:

maybe a more legitimate question would be how he feels to a lot of trance enthusiasts that don't follow his style of mixing a hip/hop vibe to his sets

Posted by Ian on Jan-25-2005 08:07:

why does he play the bootlegs that clearly don't work (see tracklisting from GK Ireland 2003)

Posted by TranceSpeeder on Jan-25-2005 12:38:

Thanks guys, i still need a few more.

Where does he think the wholoe dance music scene is heading in 2005. Will there be a return of super-clubs or the continued growth of smaller intimate club nights.

Any productions planned in the future, new projects? DJs love those questions.

Also something about mp3 downloads, will vinyl ever dies, would the jules conisder following a similar route to PvD and going digital

Posted by UWM on Jan-25-2005 15:51:

Ask him why he punched a clubber in the face.

Posted by Streakfury on Jan-25-2005 16:16:

Jules, you've put your name on the last few Ministry Of Sound Trance Nation CD's. How many of the tunes on those compilations do you get to choose yourself?? Also, when you compare them to the ones Ferry mixed a couple of years back, they just don't compare. Is that because you were forced to mix certain (rubbish) tracks at the request of Ministry, or is it because you feel that the quality of trance genre as a whole has declined lately??

Posted by DiMethGuy on Jan-25-2005 23:45:

ask him where he gets those cool tshirts

Posted by RebeL9 on Jan-25-2005 23:57:

ask him why he included tracks such as Benny Benassi - Satisfaction on his Best Trance Tracks Ever show on MTV.
