Codebreaking (again)

I know I posted a similar topic a few days ago, but now I have a much better clue at what I am looking for. If anyone is good at breaking codes, do you think you could take a look at this:

The code is as follows:

01801 - 01798 - 01801 - 08219 - 10167

and I know that translates into "Title" so since '01801' reapeats for 'T' it is safe to assume that

01801 = T
01798 = I
08219 = L
10167 = E

If anybody see's any coordination between these could they tell me? because there is a message following that I must decode.

with the vowels, the first and the last number added together add up to 8. Probably no relevance whatsoever but still it's there.
