HappyHappy Keyboard opinion wanted!

Hi, I'm at a point where i cant go any futher with producing, untill i get a keyboard and start to play my own tunes (and maybe take keyboard/piano lessions). Im kinda looking for a good starters keyboard, after some research the Yahama PSR-275 looks good in my opinion , what do you guys think ? Thanks!

If you're after a midi keyboard go for Evolution MK49C. I've got one and I can really vouch for it. Or if you want more keys go for the larger version of this.

all depends on what you want. Synth action - roland A70. piano action - some edirol or if you want to buy synth/master kbd - maybe triton studio 88 key (even triton LE). Tritons have some of the best feeling 88 keys. And of course - Yamahas are nice too, since they have the experience from making actual pianos.

It's good to start with one that has a 16 + mixer, Tone Synths, DSP (Digital signil Processor), Reverb, Chorus, and MIDI In Outs. You might also need a MIDI to USB convertor. The possiblities really open up with MIDI routing.

Uhm how can you not go further with your productions without a keyboard? It's always nice to have "hands on" your sounds, but thinking like that won't get you anywhere. And if you think the difference is gonna be like black or white you're wrong. It all ends up to your creativity.

Heck I haven't bought a keyboard and I've been producing for some years now... aahhh I remember the days when i tought it was nesscecary to have a keyboards just to use Cubase.

I have the Korg Triton Studio 88 and it is so incredible!!! as h@x0r already said, the hammer action on the keys really feels like a real piano!! the Korg triton studio is really nice because it is easy, or easyer to use, than some other keyborad/workstations. it has all the things you want as a producer and more!! if i were you i would def. check it out at Korg's website.
if you want to make tunes like crazy, i would highly recommend the triton studio. the only thing that isn't that cool about it, is the price!! then again, i think it is worth every penny, so take a look!!

one more thing, be prepared for some allnighters
