ibiza's children question

if you have to video go to 13:33....

john fleming uses the word "catuffle"

i presume "catuffle" is equivalent to argument, fight etc.....i wanted to know whether that was english slang, or did he just make up his own words?

any links for it's definition?

any help appreciated.
