is it legal?

I was woundering, is ti legal to show music videos like Tiesto @ T-Mobile Arena, Prague (2004-11-13) or Tiesto_at_Dam_Square_Amsterdam_Jan_ 6_ 2004 in public?

Me and my friend planing to have TV show about electronic music on our local TV station. We will have live Dj show and we wanted to play those kind of videos, but we don't know is it legal, so if any one know please tell us.

yes
IF they have a licence to broadcast restricted videos( ie the bit that says not for public broadcast or viewing that you get on every one.)

Check with the station BEFORE you play it that they have the required licence.
if its a ghetto station they may not

make sure you have purchased the video's first, and then as freak says, check licensing issues with the TV station and the publishing company and/or label of the artist.

i agree. the economic/moral/artisitic impact on the owners will be minimal; its not like your televising it on mtv or the bbc. just do it. ih highly doubt that there will be any negative consequences.
