If you're having problems with macro don't take micro. If you're an economics major switch majors. Macro is an easy class.

i loved econ class. took both micro and macro and got As in both while doing jack shit. there is no homework and the material is easy. i would just read the chapters a couple days before the test and get an A.

Easy and fun ... econometrics is even better. Oddly enough my macroecon prof won the nobel prize in economics even though I though he was somewhat of a crappy teacher.

yeh they may be smart but they can't articulate... i found macro is more fun than micro on many levels. more real life/real world applications of the knowledge.

Jesus, you crazy people. Let's just say that econ was NOT my thing. No matter how much I read and practiced, and thought I was understanding everything and getting the practice right, it all turned out to be the opposite of what I thought it was. Damn you, micro and macro.

I'm currently taking Micro. It's boring, but seems to very easy. Now the class that I'm really just now gettin a hold of is Accounting. By far the hardest class this semester.

I have to take those classes for my major. Well not discrete systems but multivariable. Calculus is a lot more fun that Economics ever could be. Not as fun as Organic Chemistry but close.

econ is based on studying a system
multi calc and ochem are studying and proving a system. i think the 2nd is hands down so much harder

More difficult yes, but so much more enjoyable and rewarding at the same time.
