Be Cool! Excellent New Tracks (2001) in the epic/uplifting category

Earlier I posted a thread in which I recommended this tune:
Silverblue - Step Back
The thread evolved into the discussion that maybe epic/uplifting will be gradually coming back, after a long lull.

Unfortunately the thread got lost, in the process of updating the site.

So let's continue the discussion. The new high-quality 2001 tracks I was recommending, as part of this discussion, were:

Silverblue - Step Back (I have Bluesky remix)
D-Mention - Daydream
Amara - Pulse
NuNRG - Dreamland (a.k.a. Energizer)
Perpetuous Dreamer - Sound of Goodbye
Suezia - I Wanna Feel (excellent fem-vocal tune, have you heard it? the LaCream mix is great)
Sunscreem - Please Save me

(The omission of Souvenir de Shit is deliberate.)

I only recently thought that trance was headed in the wrong direction... But suddenly I gained this insight. I can actually name about a dozen quality uplifting tracks to have come out of 2001! Who knows, maybe we'll see epic/uplifting return -- and in an equally big way?

of those 3, i'm really anxious to see what matt darey will do. its been a while since i've heard his production. rank 1 have disappointed me recently with their release of such is life and gouryella still has not shown that they are capable of anything to top gouyella - gouryella.

New uplifting track!

New uplifting track - just came out (Nov. 1)!

Dreamchild - Destiny

Here's a RealAudio sample:
http://www.planetxusa.com/pub/audio.../2001/95132.ram

Listen to the 2:13-2:16 part of that RAM sample -- it's so Euro-techno-trancey!!! OMG! just the way I like it

Another GREAT uplifting track !!!

WOW! Another GREAT epic track! Comes to us from the UK:

Hypnotic State - Empathy

Again, here's a RealAudio sample:
http://www.planetxusa.com/pub/audio.../2001/95074.ram

By the way, when you listen to this RAM sample, the first "break" or "pause" in the file (something like min into the file) -- I think that's another song, B-side or something.

But this tune is AMAZING! so trancey, and urgent -- that's the style I like

My friends, it seems to me Epic/Uplifting is coming back!

nice choice eugene, it was a good track. i thought the vocals were ok but i really liked the music itsself. she kinda reminded me of madonna for some reason though. but i really liked that hypnotic state song you posted. it had a nice mix of hard trance with some soothing melodys in it, just the way i like my trance. this is something i can dance to for a while

I KNOW, MAN!
That Hypnotic State tune is INCREDIBLE!
(I mean the stuff from 0:00 till 1:50, after 1:50 I think it's another mix)
I can't believe we're getting such powerful epic/uplifting tunes now!!!
For those who missed it: I posted RealAudio samples of 2 brand-new uplifting releases (Nov.1) (on the previous page), check them out!!!
