hey I heard a really good song yesterday at a club.. its kinda old.. but im pretty sure one of u guys will know it

the song starts off by a guy talkin in spanish (i believe) saying "Porque bombas, Porque dialogos".. something like that.. it has a really nice beat and i love it.. if someone knows of this song please tell me the name and the artist
