first of all, I haven't found a similar thread so don't blame me if this thread already exists, blame the search button..

now on topic:

The 4th Edition includes only 1CD (don't know why they excluded the 2nd one which had featured upcoming talents).

If you ask me this is a pretty good tracklist with cool voals and club orianted trax. Rank 1 has created a far better cd than he mixed for id&t recently.

I totally agree. Some great tracks on this one.

This looks interesting, I see a lot tracks that probably have been played at "Freezes Over"

You're on tranceaddict.com so obviously you've probably heard most of the tracks on the list but that doesn't make the album any worse or better really, it's the quality of the tracks, not a who's heard what pissing contest.

I wasnt in any way bringing down the value of the tracks

I am saying that the tlist looks like every other Mix album that came out in the last couple of months

Ah well I didn't know that was what you meant.

I'm assuming that not all the best tunes are O.K'd for album use and aren't even really released to begin with, it's a shame.

There are doezens of superb tracks that havent been released yet, or arent getting a release at all

Rank 1 use to play a lot of hard banging choons. This looks more like a prog set... except for the last few tracks.

I'm not going to buy this.

Doesn't look too bad although I don't think it will come close to matching Vol 3. That mix rocked.

very dissapointing tracklist IMO.... I'm waiting for another Rank 1 (Live) dvd to arrive after Trance Energy or something, then we'll talk again

i saw Piet yesterday in a french club..
His playlist looked pretty much like this. People (inc. me) really appreciated.

A trip in trance 3 was awesome looks promising for this release

The tracklist looks great but I've never heard Rank 1's mixing skills so I dunno about this CD yet...

This is a great mix, especially for listening to while driving or exercising.

why should the tracklist be false? it IS Jan Gustafsson for sure (you can hear it on this typical style). just check his other works (which are also great!), for example: "Hallucination" or "Future History", you won't be disappointed!

after the greatness of atit 1,2&3 which feature more unknown/amatuer tracks, this is rather wank
