This is just the teaser. I'll have the final flyer out in the next couple of weeks and I'm gonna get a stack to Arturo to pass out down there. Please don't dismiss this party because it is in Gainesville. The last two parties I threw drew over 400 people each without any formal promotion and my team is expecting up to 1000 people for this party.

This will be a costume party with reduced admission given to those in costume. Dancers, shot girls, complete lighting systems, fog machines and reinforced sound supplied by Sound Ideas and Club 5(Jax)
I'll keep you guys up to date on this. Spread the word, Gainesville isn't dead!

Forgive me if I missed the obvious but what's the venue of this party?
This will be in Gainesville, FL but the venue for this will not be posted. Don't get me wrong, this is a completely legal party, but I've found there is a much higher turnout if there is not a cop car chillin out front. Ya know? 
The venues were not announced for the last two and as I said, there were over 400 people at each. And the were house parties! This one will not be...

And ex-DJ, you can open for Arturo. Dan and Steve both have clubs to play at earlier so they have to have late timeslots, even though I know you guys are much better. Ever heard Angie out of Jax? She plays at Club 5 and several other places. Kick-ass Trance DJ.
Anyway, thanks for the intrest guys. Just because Simon's is dying doesn't mean all of Gainesville is already dead!!

I have one single DJ that will be playing breakbeats. His name is Steve Chadwick and he had to beg me to play Breaks because no one that comes to my parties wants to hear them.
The last 3 parties I've thrown in Gainesville went as follows:
1)Winter Chill 01/04: 9PM-3AM 400+ People, 2 DJ setups. DnB/Jungle/Ragga/HipHop/Trance. No cops, no hard drugs that I noticed and if there were, no one shared.
2)Bound 12/04: 7PM-7AM 500+ people, 3 DJ setups. DnB/Underground HipHop/Electro/House/Downtempo. Cops gave warnings about cars and left. People doing coke in the front lawn were kicked out. No other problems.
3)Winter Chill 2 01/05: 10PM-6AM 400+ people, 2 DJ setups. DnB/Jungle/Underground HipHop/Downtempo/Electro. Full lighting/fog/sound systems from Club 5 & Sound Ideas. No cops, no hard drugs, no problems all night long. I had to kick 100 people out the house at 6AM that didn't want to stop dancing.
So if you are basing my parties or any future parties in the city of Gainesville on anything relevant to Simon's or what has happened in the past, you are sadly mistaken and need to make it out more often to support the city that helped create your scene.
A new Underground in waiting to be created. Keep an open ear pointed towards Gainesville...

I know it isn't underground now. It's far from it. As of now it is so god damn mainstream I can't fuckin stand it any longer and I'm about to get on top of the tower and start picking off the promoters and the dumb ass frat boys that attend these 1 semester strip-hop shit-holes.
However, without frat boys we wouldn't have the wanna-be sorority girls we can intercept and turn DJ-ho. So I shall hold off on the sniper classes and instead throw parties that will hopefully open a few eyes around this place.

I'll have the complete flyers up in a week or so. Anyone have any good deals on flyers? I didn't even print flyers for any of the last parties, but I'm hoping this won't have to be a house party with limitations. I'd like to print a few hundred flyers so I can give a small stack to each of the DJs in various cities. I don't need 2500 or some shit, lol. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
