Not all EDM listeners even know the cultural aspects of it so it hardly is the main reason they like or don't like it. IMO it's because they don't know how hard it really is to make a good EDM track and think it's all just BOOM BOOM BOOM, simply noise. The people who dislike EDM, need to be properly introduced to it to understand. After that some might start to like it and some not.

Next time you post, please don't use CAPS, it isn't fun to read and it looks like you're shouting out things.

See where I'm from there has been a massive turn around in ppl likin dance music, its awesome....

But yeah the "DOOF DOOF" haters really shit me. Coz Death Metal and Monotone Punk music is such an art form!!!!

i like the fact that not every pre-teen and his gradma doesn't listen to edm other then "rap/hip hop" which really isnt music anyway...
