Electronic music from "developing" countries

Most producers we know of are either from what we know as "developed countries", which is quite natural because of their level of industrialisation and access to computers. However, even though there are industrialised developing countries, such as Brazil, Mexico, India and even South Korea, we don't hear much artists coming from such places. I know Brazil is quite famous because of our drum'n'bass, rio funk and techno scenes, and Hernan Cattaneo (from Argentina) achieved some popularity as well, but that's it. In most cases, either you have Europeans or North American producers in developing countries (such as "Technasia" or all those goa hippies) or you have people from developing countries based in Europe or North America (Deep Dish and Asian Dub Foundation)

My question is: Does anyone know of other producers from developing countries? Are they famous? Do they have an unique sound or are they merely copycats? I'm looking for some fresh sound.

Greece has got a few recent ones, but i guess they're far more developed, as is Sweden.
there were a few that surfaced from Egypt..Aly & Fila?
Israel also has..Hydroid. the Black Dragon crew.

Tadi & nV are from Shanghai, China
