When Is It Too Loud?

when is listening on headphones too loud?
i blast it on full all the time, and i always raise the volume with winamp equalizer
is this not healthy?

seriously though you shouldnt play music too loud especially with headphones on as its a kinda small area and there are few people on theseboardswith tinitus dueto it

Probably when either a) the headphones begin to distort or, b) if your ears are ringing when you take them off. both are probably a given...but ringing ears are a sign that hearing loss (temporary or permanent) is occuring
