Crackling when outputting

When im done my track i get crackling noises at certain spots. The funny thing is, when im listeing to the track in say winamp, some tracks might be ok. But when i move the volume slider it gives a crackling noise. Its kind of wierd.

Now some of the crackling in certain tracks might be due to the frequency with the combination of cheap speakers im currently using. But could it also be due to R/F noise with my pci card? Im using an audiophile btw. Im just hoping its a level, mastering problem and not a hardware problem like r/f noise, grounding, etc....tx

Maybe your track exceeded 0db at some point.
