I tell you what. I browse this forum on average about an hour a day looking at almost every thread. The thing I see the most is all these trance sets that are the same. It only makes me wonder, is what Armin and Markus playing the only tunes out there nowadays?

...Then I get to mixes like yours (new and fresh) and its refreshing to see someone still supporting the trance scene (WELL, that is) as if it still were '99. Your mixing is always great so there's nothing to say more there. That comment gets redundant set after set. I was really digging this set. You have to be the only Trance DJ I listen to nowadays. That first song Airtroopers - Tears In Your Eyes (Original Mix) is a solid track. Reminds me of the good ol' ravin' days.

Where do you hear most of the trance you want to play, just random listening or what?

Where do you play in Austin? I am originally from Houston so its possible when I go back to make a stop in Austin. If you are playing somewhere, Id like to check it out.

Yeah, just random listening. I dont listen to many live mixes anymore.. because I try not to be effected by other dj's. I paruse a lot of online record stores, and most of the REAL MUSIC stuff are tracks sent to me by producers, who want a possible release.

As for playing, when I do play it is often in Austin/Dallas. I am working on a couple of things in Austin right now.. but I can keep you informed. Glad you liked the mix, if you want to stay more up to date.. you can keep my website on file and check the GIGS section. I hope to be adding a lot more in the coming months. Im just working out some final details.

I have been listening to your mixes for about 2 years mow on the global site and never knew you were a TA until this week. As always your mix was very nice, good flow. The first track is indeed good but reminds me of another song.
