Got about 10 words....but its a classic, know it?

Alrighty in the process of compiling my top 25 track "dream" set. And i've come to my first problem. For the life of me i can not remember the name of the song or the artist behind it. I can only remember a few words of it, but i know its a classic. Can you help?!

".....and i remember my first rainbow, feels like a thousand years ago....." then something about "after the sun comes the.....

Very uplifting trancey track which i know im gona kick myself for not remembering.
