i just moved here and was wondering if any of u know some cool places to party at in windsor, ontario...or even in detroit michigan.

Looking for something interesting to do?! Windsor is the wrong place for that. I was born and raised in Windsor and I've learned that you have to make your own fun. Sure there's a couple clubs that can get interesting on certain nights, but really ... that's about it.

Sometimes Wired, sometimes Dantes, sometimes The Loop. It all really depends on what kind of atmosphere you're looking for. And not to be rude but .... you could move back to where you came from.

Just for the electronic music festival every summer. Actually tried to go to a party in Detroit once. There was 2 car loads of people, 1 car got turnrd around at the border (not the car I was in) so we turned around and went to an after hours club in Windsor instead.

I know there used to be a club called SPACE in detroit, but I think it closed then was supposed to reopen, but I'm not sure it ever did. Yes I do live in Windsor, and any bar that isn't in the downtown vacinity is going to be a quiet pub or pool hall. At least the ones I know of are.

and lets be honest, it REALLY sux.
There ARE REALLY good/fun ppl there tho - thats the
reason good parties have been happening.
But the nightlife (bars, so-called "clubs" - which dont
exist in Windsor in reality, and pubs) blows....

Depending on into the music u are, Bleu in Detroit is easily
the best there is 2 offer. Steady stream of world-class
DJs comin thru....

I was a happy camper untill you took me to the "guv" .. life has never been the same.. but you gotta work with what ya got.
Guy, we've had some kick ass partys in the last year. The only thing lacking is the world class DJs.. but thats just a road trip away at any time.

Check Blast's website sometime. Decoze is coming in March 18th I believe. Mark Oliver is gonna be at Wild Orchid tommrorow. Give me a shout sometime. Me and my friends are all into trance/prog.

True in the past couple months there have been some good parties, but you really have to search for them. It's not like you have a million choices of what to do every night. The good events are few (and more often than not) far between. And are you implying that I have no friends?!?

Every 2 weeks or so there's SOME kind of afterhours going on....
There are basically 2 separate groups that do smaller parties.

Then there's Jetset magazine. They also do parties but less often.
HOWEVER, he always brings in well-known DJs be it from TO or other.

FYI, theres an afterhours this comin Saturday (26th) under
Studio 4, which is being put on by one of the groups.
Just local DJs, but great people. Their next party,
in 3 weeks prolly, they are bringin Addy in fro TO, which'll be SICK.

WINDSOR SUCKS..its just as simple as that. If you dont know pple here that party its going to be boring as hell for ya, and who sugested Charlies omg GUY that place is the biggest Div in Windsor, if you like Cougers thats the place for ya. If I didnt start hanging around good pple like TheVrk & e*motion I would of left a long time ago cuz its shit here.
