War Of The Worlds Superbowl Spot
a 30 second Superbowl spot for the movie, War Of The Worlds, Has been leaked, this spot will be shown durring the game, But you can actually look at it earlier, Anyways, Judging from the footage thats shown, Its from the actual movie and from the looks, Its gonna be intense and chaotic at the same time, Plus I noticed it has that simular blue tint style that was seen in Minority Report, I love these type of movies, You can watch the spot by right clicking and saving as here.
I love Hollywood summer destruction-fests where aliens come and destroy the world but they don't destroy the whole world because there's still a few humans left and those humans are americans and they decide that because people in the past lived for a long time because they were human that they should live for longer because they are human and that they should try to fight back against the alines despite their limited numbers and resources but they have a secret weapon and the only interesting plot twist in the movie is that there is a secret weapon other than that there is a lot of killing and destruction and at the very least you get to see Los Angeles burn to the ground and a lot of people die in funny anf fiery ways and it's directed by Steven Spielberge did you know that? Oh and instead of the peopl ekilling the aliens directly the aliens get sick because they aren't used to the germs on Earth and their perfect society on Mars got too staganant in regards to germ-based illnesses (despite the fact that they learned how to cure them years ago) and so the aliens get sick and instead of sneezing and coughing like you and I when we get sick, they die.
*gasp*
and then I walk out of the theatre and I say "wow....that was a good movie!"

Jeff Goldblum will download a virus into the mothership, therefore infecting all of the other spaceships attached to the aliens' unprotected LAN connection. They never learn.
TIP: Aliens + Linux = death to humans
All I know is that a mid-80's Dodge Caravan can outrun massive alien destruction any day of the week.

eh dont fret, i can believe how many millions they spent on that spot (incl production)...looks pretty standard El Speilbergo...not to say the full movie wont be ok, but watching Tom Cruise drive a minivan whilst random blowing up occurs isnt too amazing.
(hey at least its not a(every other) trailer where Tom Cruise is running furiously from something, someone to somewhere with an angsty expression on his face)

the superbowl is such annoying with all the stupid crap surrounding it. i just wanna see some football, not stupid commercials (well not all are stupid), and not a stupid halftime show.
