I'm Psylo - A 14 year old DJ with my first couple of sets

As I said, I'm 14 and have recently got into DJing. I have not got enough money for a pair of decks so I downloaded Tactile 12000 which was OK. I then came across TraktorDJStudio2 (I'm sure you've heard of that) and did my first two proper sets called Electrancity Volume 01 and Electrancity Volume 02. The mixes sound very professional, even though they weren't mixed using proper decks.

That's unfair, I get almost all of my mp3s from trance album CDs such as Trance Masters, Trance Nation and the Ultimate Trance Album. It's only when I hear I song which I really want (for example on Digitally Imported Fm) do I get it elsewhere.

Guys, how much older are you, like 10 years? Give this guy a break, hell it's not even legal for him to hold a job to buy the tunes from record shops. The funniest thing about this whole thing is not what all of you make out of it, but the fact that his mixing through Traktor is much better than a lot of people I've heard on here, and they use real decks.

Psylo, use these immature 'older KIDS' to your advantage. I wish I was 14 when I became interested in this music. I have to say for your age, your taste is again better than most on this board when they were your age. Your mixing was spot on everytime, you might want to focus more on the volumes of the tracks when you bring them in. Some tracks came in too fast as well. All in all your Beatmatching was dead on from what I heard. Next step is to getting decks of your own and progress to a whole new level. Keep it up, and don't let the dicks on this board get you down.

I know what it's like to be mad fun of and for people not to take you serious.

I have not heard your mix, But I am sure it is decent.Just keep up work man by the time you 20 yrs of Age you're gonna be fukkin good as hell.

Try as hard as you can to buy records players, a mixer, and Records. Even if you finally get all that stuff in 2 years, I believe it will be worth it. Think * Birthdays/Christmas! Stock up. You'll get there.

I don't usually download Computer mixed mixes. I checked this post cause your 14. I feel old, 28. My first mixer witch I still have, I received on Christmas 1989. Witch is somewhere around when you were born. Crazy.

If you really can feel the beat you'll make your way.
